Ren Däd Ckez receives an average of 247 cm/y (97 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Ren Däd Ckez covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1682 m (5518 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ren Däd Ckez was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1156, by Celenil Hub̄qug. The establishment of Ren Däd Ckez suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Ren Däd Ckez which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Ren Däd Ckez was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ren Däd Ckez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Ren Däd Ckez is buildings are arranged arround a network of spacious cobblestone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Ren Däd Ckez's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the town's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Ren Däd Ckez's boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Ren Däd Ckez has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Ren Däd Ckez’s streets.
Civic Infrastructure
Ren Däd Ckez has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Ren Däd Ckez. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Ren Däd Ckez's parks.
Ren Däd Ckez has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Ren Däd Ckez.

Ren Däd Ckez has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Ren Däd Ckez's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Ren Däd Ckez has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Ren Däd Ckez's natural decorations nor waterways.
Ren Däd Ckez has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Ren Däd Ckez has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Ren Däd Ckez is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
The locals have cut a deal with some unspeakable entity, trading some form of tribute (benign of horrific) in exchange for the being’s forbearance or assistance. Outsiders may be ignorant of the bargain, or they may know that the community is in thrall but be too fearful of its master to take action against them. The creature likely serves as a protector as well as a tyrant, so the locals may be content with the deal even if it doesn’t offer any further inducement or aid.
Ren Däd Ckez's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
In Ren Däd Ckez every night at precisely midnight every structure in town is engulfed by sailors fire until the end of the witching hour.
The Worg near Ren Däd Ckez are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Ren Däd Ckez's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves reenactments to channel Invocation energies of tier 3 via moments of science.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Torment Peak, an iconic vista located neare Ren Däd Ckez, proved to be volcanic when the peak erupted. The eruption was isolated to the area around Ren Däd Ckez, which was swallowed in ash, lava flows, and pyroclastic gasses. Ren Däd Ckez lost 116 people, 294 livestock, and 56 buildings in the disaster. The event is forever remembered as the Day of Torment's Wrath.
